#99 - On every grocery trip, buy 1 thing to donate to a good cause (Not my stomach).

I have finished this one and gone above and beyond my initial expectations.  I started playing the pharmacy games and really getting a lot of great stuff for free - and donating them to either our local food pantry or to other organizations through my church.  This is something I'll definitely be continuing to do.

#99 - On every grocery trip, buy 1 thing to donate to a good cause (Not my stomach).

This item is going really well. I am couponing pretty significantly now and I end up with quite a few surplus items that go straight to the food pantry or another group that our church supports. I really wouldn't be able to do it without Money Saving Mom, though!

#98 - Pick up trash on my way to work.

Failed. I never did this officially, and now that I've moved, I can no longer walk. However, I did pick up trash a few times, but I just didn't do the whole thing.

#100 - Do 2 walks for good causes.

Since my feet are still kinda out of commission for walking long distances, I decided to donate a large chunk of change to the local food pantry instead of doing the walks. Done.

#95 - Start recycling with the township.

Turns out that this is pretty much impossible unless I sneak around in the middle of the night and dump my recycling into the bins in front of other people's houses on the street. Which would not be cool. Instead I am collecting my recycling and bringing it to my parents about 2 times a month. I guess I'll mark this as complete/failed. Very sad.

#99 - On every grocery trip, buy 1 thing to donate to a good cause

This one was going really well, but has gone downhill. I need to step it up. I think I'm negative 2-3 items since I started.

The point of this one is really to be conscious of the things I buy for myself that many do not have the ability to buy. Fortunately I do have many ways and places to donate the items that I purchase. In fact, I still have some items in my car that need to be dropped off at the humane society.
