#7 - Write a letter to myself to read 10 years from now.
Unbeknownst to myself, I have been doing this all along. My livejournal is in essence a letter to my future self. I even went back and read my livejournal from the beginning and it was rather a out-of-body experience. How much I have changed!
#4 - Move all my clothing from my parent's house to my apartment.
I've done this, rather involuntarily at that. My sister moved back home after college in May and they needed room for all of her STUFF, so I moved almost all my clothes out (all that is left there is a few costumes and my prom dress). I also organized said clothes and set some stuff aside to sell and/or donate.

#17 - Find all my rechargable batteries and replace the ones that keep dying
I don't know why I thought some of my batteries had issues, but they seem to be okay now. Also, all the batteries in the house are in one organized, central location and it seems to be working well. Another one bites the dust. :-)
#3 - Get a file cabinet and move my files from my parent's house.
I think I can finally call this one finished. I've had a filing cabinet for about 2 years, and it is now set up again in the townhouse. I've even got a system for keeping things filed without the paper getting out of control! Excellent.

#1 - Walk to work every day for a week.
This month the weather was gorgeous so I did a lot of walking. I'm not sure if I did any full weeks, but the month was definitely full of walking, so I am going to count this as complete. Pictures of my walk home from work one day this month are here:

#12 - Get some bubbles and blow them in a public place
I finished this one and not even on purpose. At my cousin Sean's wedding, they had bubbles! And when he and his bride, Stephanie, left the church we blew them and it was pretty. I have since randomly blown my bubbles at people in various locations. But I had to take the bubbles out of my purse because I became paranoid that it was going to leak.

#8 - Tryout for a musical or a play.
Tonight I auditioned for Little Shop of Horrors at Hershey Playhouse. My song was It's a Helluva Way to Run a Love Affair from Plain & Fancy. The singing part when fabulously.
The dancing part went okay. The choreographer when to HACC with me back in the day - almost 8 whole years ago! The dance was really fun, but some of the girls there were definitely more experienced than me with picking up the steps quickly. I was solid though, and I think I had them topped with ATTITUDE!
It was an interesting group of people, too. Girls were all on the young side (I was the 2nd oldest there for women) and the Men were mostly on the older side (although, there were some teens).
Another great thing about the audition was that I got to SEE the Playhouse! The theatre has three sets of riser seating (VERY comfortable) and it is really beautiful, especially the lobby. Not handicap accessible, so I'm not really sure how that works.
Whatever happens, I had a fun time tonight and this will put me up to dancing 3 times this week! Woo!

#9 - Organize my half.com stuff and KEEP IT THAT WAY.
Well, I organized my half.com/amazon marketplace stuff a few weeks ago... and it has been staying organized, so I am going to mark this one as complete. If it becomes out-of-hand again, this shall become uncomplete and I'll have to start over. But I think I have a pretty good system in place right now.

#2 - Make my lunch the night before work every day for a week
Finished! I made myself lunch everyday this week - except for Friday, but we had a lunch meeting (as usual, lately). Still, it counts! DONE.

#2 - Make my lunch the night before work every day for a week.
Last night, I made my lunch for today. Nothing crazy: just a PB sandwich, a bag of pretzels, an apple and a container of yogurt. But it is the start of creating a new good habit. Now, to keep up the good work. Tonight, I'll be putting leftovers into a container and putting that in my lunch box. It's good to have a plan.
#3 - Get a file cabinet and move my files from my parent's house
I have all my files in my apartment.
I have a filing cabinet in my apartment.
HOWEVER! The files are not yet in the filing cabinet, so this is not completed yet. It is however, officially "in progress", so that's something.

#6 - Figure out where to put all my plants and make sure they all have pots.
I finished this one and I forgot! I put the vine-y plant that I got as an apartment warming gift in the bathroom between the sinks. I set the pot liner in a dish garden dish that I have and now I'm all set! Woo!
This post should really have a picture, but sadly, you are just not that lucky.

#10 - Play the lottery
I bought a $1 scratch-off ticket at the grocery store today.
I didn't win anything. It was moderately thrilling scratching it off, but not thrilling enough to see the draw that people have to it.
Whatever. One more to cross off the list!
